ABOUT LAKECREST

You will find our Lakecrest community at the end of a quiet residential street,
where Pittsfield meets Lanesborough, on the shores of beautiful Pontoosuc Lake.
As you wind up the driveway, you will be treated to scenic Pontoosuc Lake on
your right, as well as evergreens and green lawns throughout the campus. Located
on the 60 acre grounds of former sleep away Camp Waconah/Potomac,
Lakecrest is a community of 41 townhouse condominium homes. Buildings contain
2, 3 and 4 bedroom, two-story townhomes. The property is cared for by on site
management personnel.

The property includes a newly renovated clubhouse overlooking the lake and
pool; with gym, ping pong, library, fireplace and wide screen TV. Residents use
the clubhouse for meetings and social events.

Amenities at Lakecrest feature tennis courts, pickle ball courts, in-ground heated
pool, bikes, and a basketball hoop. At the lakefront, we have our own marina,
with docks to moor your boat, and racks to store your kayak.

Lakecrest residents are able to join a range of committees to participate in the
administration of our community. Committees include landscape, social, library,
and technology. Our five person Board includes residents who are elected for
three year terms.

Lakecrest community activities include our Memorial Day weekend welcome
party, and lunches at the poolside for July 4th and Labor Day closing weekend.
We also have hosted an art fair, a book club and game nights.

We offer residents the opportunity for continuing education on topics of community
interest. Recent highlights include a CPR course in cooperation with the
Berkshire Medical Center, and a talk on the history of Pittsfield in cooperation
with the Berkshire County Historical Society.

Lakecrest is conveniently and centrally located within Berkshire County to enable
easy access to all that the Berkshires has to offer. In winter, skiing mountains
can be accessed at Jiminy Peak, Bousquet, Butternut, and Catamount,
within a 15 minute-45 minute car ride.

In summer, you can immerse yourself in the great outdoors, including nearby
