Board of Directors Meeting
July 30, 2017

Present: Board Members: Stanley Hurwitz, Nina Rone, Lanny Lambert, Bob Kohl and Melanie Weinstein.
Also attending was Sean Cowhig, Property Manager, Berkshire Housing Services, Inc.

The meeting was called to order at 10:30 AM.

The only business on the agenda was the election by the Board of a new President to succeed Randy Frank.
Stanley Hurwitz nominated Lanny Lambert to serve as President until the first meeting of the Board following the 2018 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners, or until his successor is elected.  The nomination was seconded, and Lanny was elected by unanimous vote of the Board members.

The next meeting of the Board will be held at 9 AM on August 17.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:40 AM.
